EVA foam needs to be prepared with EVA, foaming agent, filler, foaming accelerator, lubricant and so on. EVA foaming process usually adopts three modes, that is, traditional flat foam, small foaming and ejection in mold. Different foaming modes have different characteristics and advantages. Traditional flat large foam is a relatively low cost of foaming method, usually in some small factories will use this method, processing is plate, and then can be blanking, grinding edge and other processes to make other products.

It is a relatively flexible foaming method, usually used in shoe materials, and requires the appearance structure of the product. The working method is to put the materials that need foaming into the mold, and finally come out the final appearance. The mold and the formula should be symmetrical.

Ejection is now the main process, and the principle is similar to injection molding. EVA injection needs to adjust the mold and die time.
